About the Role
We are seeking a Outbound Team Member to join our dynamic and fast-paced cold chain logistics depot. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting outbound warehouse operations (including other general operational duties when required), ensuring all activities comply with strict temperature-sensitive storage requirements. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of our supply chain operations, particularly for pharmaceuticals, biologics, and medical products.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Operations:
- Prioritise and receive inbound goods (FIFO).
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify documentation.
- Operate and report on data loggers.
- Process goods into quarantine and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records in eWMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Communicate with couriers about damaged or delayed shipments.
Outbound Operations:
- Process outbound dispatch requests in a timely manner.
- Pick, pack, and prepare goods for courier collection.
- Generate courier consignment notes and coordinate pickups.
- Troubleshoot delivery issues and ensure proof of delivery is obtained.
- Organise product destruction with external providers.
General Warehouse Duties:
- Ensure compliance with cold chain and GMP/GWP/GCP standards.
- Keep the warehouse organised and clean.
- Comply with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily operational targets.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Diploma in logistics, warehousing, or equivalent experience (preferred).
Experience:
- 1+ year in a warehouse/logistics role (preferably in pharma, medical, clinical, or scientific settings).
- Understanding of cold chain logistics and third-party logistics (3PL).
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Pay: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour
