About Us
At Flow Neuro Allied Therapy, our mission is simple: to deliver ethical, client-centred, and valuable care that genuinely makes a difference. We prioritise clinical quality over high-volume service delivery.
We are a values-driven, community-focused practice supporting clients across Newcastle and the Hunter. Our team is passionate about empowering individuals through personalised, evidence-based neurological rehabilitation, and we're looking for someone who shares that vision.
Our company commenced in July 2024 and has rapidly grown in both client base and local reputation. In 2026, we are focused on continuing to build a small, respected, high-quality service where professional excellence, personal growth, and genuine support go hand in hand.
We are now seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist who is passionate about neurological rehabilitation and excited by the opportunity to play a key leadership role within our team. As our Occupational Therapy service expands, this position is expected to progress into a Team Leader role, providing the successful applicant with the opportunity to help mentor future clinicians while maintaining a strong clinical focus.
