We are currently looking for a Full time team member to join us at Sydney CBD, The Galeries location.

About the Role:
- Be an ambassador for the Brand and consistently portray a professional and customer-focused image
- Provide excellent customer service while working towards sales targets
- Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Understand and contribute towards achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly store targets
- Build strong and trusting relationships with customers
- Maintain merchandise displays and assist with inventory management
- Follow all operational procedures and Brand standards
- Process POS purchases accurately
- Contribute ideas to improve sales and the overall store experience
About You:
- A passionate Brand Ambassador who represents Venchi with pride and professionalism
- Possess a pleasant personality with a positive, energetic, and proactive attitude
- Responsible, service-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Italian or spoken Mandarin is highly advantageous
- Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid work rights visa with at least 12 months remaining

Pay: $61,000.00 – $63,000.00 per year
