About the Role :
As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centered support that empowers participants to live independently, engage in their communities, and achieve their goals. You’ll work across home, school, and community settings, supporting daily living, social participation, and skill development Key Responsibilities.
- Deliver respectful, inclusive support tailored to each participant’s needs and goals
- Assist with personal care, household tasks, and community access
- Foster meaningful relationships and promote participant choice and control
- Document progress and communicate effectively with families and coordinators
- Uphold NDIS practice standards and Kindess values in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Genuine compassion and commitment to inclusion
- Experience supporting people with disability.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid & CPR, and Driver’s Licence
- Cert III or IV in Disability Support
