About the Role
We are seeking suitably experience yard hand/forklift operators to play an important role in the yard operations. As yard hand you will be responsible for managing effective and timely movements of loads within a busy transport yard.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unloading of heavy vehicles
- Load and unload of containers
- Checking off packing lists
- Securing loads with load restraint
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in a busy transport yard.
- LF License
- High reach experience (desirable, not required)
- Experience with 10+ tonne forklifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's licence and transport
