About the role
F45 Matraville is looking for an experienced coach to join our team. You'll be coaching mid-morning classes, plus alternate weekends to start — with more shifts on offer fast once you show us what you've got.
The program is already written for you. Your job is to bring it to life.
What we need from you
Experience. You've coached before. You know how to run a room, manage a class, and keep energy high from warm-up to cool-down.
Non-negotiable form. You catch bad technique before it becomes a bad habit. Safety and quality of movement always come first — no compromises here.
Big character. Confidence isn't optional. We want someone who walks in and the room feels it — someone members remember, someone they show up for.
Flair. We give you the program. You bring the energy, the hype, the personality that makes a Monday 9am class feel like the best part of someone's day.
