Reports to: FOH Supervisor
Key responsibilities:
adhering to the FOH presentation standards, service procedures and service times;
ensuring guests are met and greeted to a standard that will deliver a positive first impression;
ensuring guests' needs and expectations are met;
delivering superior levels of service to ensure repeat business;
ensuring the dedication to the delivery of friendly, professional service;
ensuring all guests’ requests and questions are dealt with promptly and to the guests’ satisfaction;
ensuring that all guests are served in a timely fashion;
building ongoing rapport with regular guests to ensure repeat business;
monitoring the quality of food and beverages being delivered;
ensuring the responsible service of alcohol policies are adhered to;
ensuring that any customer complaints are handled professionally or are referred to the Supervisor on duty.
