A key team within our Service Operations function, and reporting to our Member Engagement Team Manager, as a Superannuation & Retirement Specialist (Member Engagement) you will proactively engage with members through targeted outbound campaigns, delivering meaningful conversations that support retention, growth and retirement outcomes.
You'll play a critical role in supporting our members at key stages of their superannuation and retirement journey, building trusted relationships, identifying opportunities to improve financial outcomes, and delivering personalised experiences that drive member engagement, retention and long term confidence in their retirement planning.
A strong focus on risk and compliance is essential, ensuring all activities meet regulatory requirements and promoting a proactive, risk aware culture.
