Clarity is a Sydney-based outsourced business development agency helping Australian businesses generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
We partner with companies across professional services, technology, construction, manufacturing and other B2B industries, acting as an extension of their sales team. Our clients trust us to handle the prospecting, qualify opportunities, and book high-quality meetings so they can focus on closing deals.
We're now looking for an experienced Senior Outbound Sales Representative who genuinely enjoys cold calling and wants to be rewarded for their performance. This is a role for someone who's already proven themselves on the phone and is looking to join a high-performing team where results are recognised and rewarded.
About the Role
This is a phone-first sales role. You'll spend most of your day speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers, opening conversations, qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for our clients.
We provide the campaigns, prospect lists, systems and ongoing support, you focus on what you do best: building rapport, handling objections and creating opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing
- Cold calling prospects across a variety of B2B client campaigns
- Building rapport with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Identifying qualified opportunities and booking meetings
- Following up prospects who aren't ready to meet straight away
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
- Working towards daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
- Participating in coaching sessions and call reviews to continually improve
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B outbound sales, cold calling or appointment setting experience
- A proven history of booking quality meetings with decision-makers
- Confidence speaking with senior executives and business owners
- Strong objection handling skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Resilience, persistence and a positive attitude
- Experience using a CRM system
- Someone who enjoys being measured by results and consistently performs under targets
