ELSE Engineering Pty Ltd is a WA-based engineering consultancy supporting resources and energy clients with electrical systems, control systems and functional safety services across the project lifecycle.
We're seeking an experienced Network Analyst (Industrial/OT) to design and support secure, reliable OT network environments underpinning industrial control systems.
Perth-based (hybrid) with travel to remote WA sites as required.
Salary: $108,000 – $118,000 + super
Term of employment: Permanent Full Time, minimum 38hrs per week
Key responsibilities:
- OT network architecture & segmentation (zones/VLANs, routing, redundancy)
- Performance optimisation and complex troubleshooting
- Network-side integration (switching/routing, firewall rules, secure remote access, OT/enterprise interfaces)
- Network security controls + backup/DR readiness
- Technical documentation (diagrams, standards, test records, as-built updates)
- FAT/SAT, commissioning and site validation support
Requirements:
- Degree in IT/CS/Software Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in network architecture/design/analysis (OT/critical infrastructure desirable)
- Strong TCP/IP, routing/switching, VLANs, firewalling, remote access
- Industrial protocols exposure (Modbus/OPC/Profinet) highly regarded
- Able to travel to remote WA sites; manual driver's licence; meet site entry requirements
Pay: $108,000.00 – $118,000.00 per year
