We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator to join our Major Accounts Team based in Bentleigh East. About the Role
As the Senior Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management and administration of our Major Accounts portfolio.
Working closely with our Key Account Managers, service teams and customers, you will be responsible for ensuring administrative processes are delivered efficiently, customer expectations are exceeded, and our contractual obligations are met.
This role requires a proactive individual who can manage competing priorities, identify opportunities for improvement, and work confidently across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely, professional and solutions-focused support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through exceptional customer service
- Coordinate service delivery with technicians, planners and internal departments
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Major Accounts team
- Prepare reports, customer documentation and account information
- Monitor customer KPIs and contractual deliverables, ensuring accurate records are maintained
- Assist with customer reporting, invoicing support and account administration
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency
- Support the successful delivery of multiple major client contracts simultaneously
About You
You are an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, organisation and customer service are essential.
You are confident working with a variety of stakeholders, take ownership of your work, and can prioritise competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
To be successful, you will have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior administration, customer service or account support role
- Previous experience supporting major accounts, service delivery or contract administration (highly regarded)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience using ERP systems such as Pronto or similar
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
