Quality, compliance and continuous improvement are at the heart of great service delivery. As a Quality & Service Improvement Specialist, you’ll work alongside operational teams to strengthen quality systems, support accreditation readiness and turn insights into meaningful improvements across our services.
About the role
This is a hands-on specialist role where you’ll partner closely with service teams to understand what’s working, identify opportunities for improvement and support practical solutions that strengthen the quality and consistency of service delivery.
You’ll:
- Monitor quality and compliance systems and provide specialist advice to operational teams
- Plan and undertake audits, reviews and assurance activities, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
- Analyse quality data, trends and outcomes to identify areas requiring attention
- Work collaboratively with teams to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Support services to prepare for accreditation and meet regulatory and legislative requirements
- Provide subject matter expertise on quality, compliance and service improvement matters
- Contribute to organisational responses to sector reforms, regulatory changes and improvement priorities
- Support the development and review of processes, practices and documentation that promote consistent, high-quality service delivery
- Build capability across teams by sharing knowledge, insights and practical approaches to quality improvement.
About you
You’ll bring experience in quality, compliance, assurance or continuous improvement, ideally within a regulated or complex service environment.
You’ll be confident working with operational teams, using data and evidence to identify improvement opportunities and turning findings into practical actions. You’ll also bring strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across different areas of the organisation.
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who can balance quality and compliance with practical service delivery — helping teams understand not just what needs to change, but how to make it happen.
