About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Meal Delivery Driver to join our team at Fresh Meals Delivered. This casual position plays a key role in ensuring our customers receive their meals safely, professionally, and on time across the Newcastle, Hunter and Port Stephens regions.
You’ll be an important part of the customer experience — especially for our older clients — by delivering not just meals, but reliability, care and friendly service.

You’re more than just a safe and reliable driver. You take pride in offering exceptional customer service, and you understand how to communicate respectfully and patiently with older customers.
You enjoy working in a supportive, energetic team environment and are happy to jump in and help wherever needed.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering pre‑packed meals to customers across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter
- Following efficient delivery routes and schedules
- Providing great customer service at each stop
- Handling meal boxes with care
- Basic vehicle checks (fuel, cleanliness, reporting issues)
- Assisting with loading and dispatch when needed
What We’re Looking For
- A safe, responsible driver with a clean driving record
- Someone reliable, punctual and organised
- Good communication and customer‑service skills
- Ability to lift and carry meal boxes (up to ~15kg)
- Confidence using a smartphone for navigation and delivery apps
- Must have a valid Australian driver’s licence
