About the role
We're looking for an experienced Trainer/Learning Facilitator to develop, prepare, deliver and assess qualifications for our students. You'll be a key gateway connecting learners to local communities, helping them build the skills, knowledge and confidence they need for real employment outcomes — all in line with the Australian Qualifications Framework and the 2025 Standards for RTOs.
What you'll be doing
- Plan and deliver lectures, tutorials and workshops — face-to-face, online or blended — in line with the course curriculum
- Develop and monitor assessments, provide feedback, and manage re-marks and student progress
- Prepare and maintain learning resources and assessment tools, including via the LMS and SMS
- Support students throughout their learning journey, including engagement, interventions and academic administration
- Participate in curriculum reviews, moderation, validation and continuous improvement
- Contribute to professional development, industry consultation and marketing activities (e.g. open days, trial lessons, workshops)
- Maintain accurate, compliant student records and reporting
About you
- A relevant qualification in your training field, plus a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent skill set)
- Recent relevant industry experience
- Experience with LMS and HR management platforms
- Strong written and oral communication skills — native English speaker or equivalent to at least IELTS 7.5 across all bands
- An engaging, supportive facilitation style and a genuine passion for learning
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting quickly to change
- A current, relevant state Working with Children Check

Pay: $63.72 – $82.31 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 30.0 per week
