Part-time, term-time continuing position, commencing in October 2026
All Hallows’ School, a Catholic Mercy school for girls from Years 5–12, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Enrolments Officer to join our community.
The Enrolments Officer plays an important role in supporting the School’s enrolment process, delivering exceptional service to prospective families while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of enrolment procedures. This position serves as a key point of contact for enrolment enquiries and supports the administrative and operational functions associated with student admissions.
This is a part-time, term-time permanent position, working 30 hours per week, with some flexibility available for the successful candidate. While the role is primarily performed during school terms, additional hours may be required during school holiday periods to support enrolment activities and operational requirements.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, discretion, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to managing administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a standard of excellence in customer service that enhances the School’s reputation and upholds the School’s ethos and values
- Assist the Enrolments Registrar with new student enquiries by providing an efficient, informative, and client-responsive service to prospective families
- Contribute to the enrolment application process and workflow by executing accurate and timely data entry to the School Management System
- Manage the School Tour booking system and ensure accurate and timely record-keeping within the School Management Systems (ie TASS & EnrolHQ)
- Conduct School tours for prospective families, offering engaging and informative experiences that reflect the values, strengths, and spirit of All Hallows’, helping to inspire interest and confidence in the School
- Perform a range of administrative duties, including advanced word processing, spreadsheet management, and proficient use of the School Management System
Role Requirements
- Hold or be eligible to obtain and maintain a current Queensland Working with Children Clearance (Blue Card).
- Have approval to work in Australia.
- Have or maintain the appropriate clearances, qualifications or registrations required to perform the inherent functions of the role.
- A commitment to the values and ethos of Catholic education in the Mercy tradition.
