What you’ll be doing
As a Registered Nurse in our team you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting clients and families through their rehabilitation journey, you will be required to deliver high-quality nursing care while supporting patients and families through their recovery journey in a fast-paced clinical setting.
In this role you will be:
Providing person-centred care tailored to individual patient needs.
Assessing, monitoring and responding to changes in patient condition.
Coordinating discharge planning and making appropriate referrals.
Supervising, mentoring and supporting junior staff and students.
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
