As the
Educational Leader, you will:
- assist, mentor and guide Educators across all rooms.
- Lead and support the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Collaborate with educators to develop innovative, child-led programs and documentation
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance pedagogical practices and reflective thinking
- Play a key role in Quality Improvement Planning (QIP) and centre-wide curriculum decisions
- Foster respectful partnerships with families, promoting learning continuity between home and centre
- Remain up to date with current research, theory, and sector developments
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Full Working Rights - this is a permanent role (Mon - Fri)
- Must have min 1 year experience as a ed leader
