About our Role:
As we continue to grow and develop across Australia and New Zealand we remain committed to technical excellence which means developing our personnel on exciting project opportunities. This is perfectly exemplified by our Ports & Maritime teams who act as key cogs in the industry, striving for innovation and collaboration and as we grow further we have been able to take the driver's seat on some fantastic major projects including new port infrastructure, import/export facilities, bespoke technical modelling and analysis just to name a few. To continue to support this growth we are looking for Structural and Civil Engineers with experience and passion for the Maritime industry. If you have a Consultancy mindset and technical background we'd like to hear from you. Roles range from Intermediate Engineer to Senior and Principal.
About you:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Ideally, exposure to a consulting environment across projects such as:
- Jetties, wharves, cranes, mooring analysis, and other Ports projects.
- Coastal infrastructure including erosion, breakwaters, and ramps.
- We are open to the right candidate with experience in industrial structures in lieu of specific maritime experience.
- Willingness to work across multiple other sectors and projects including Energy and Infrastructure.
- Eager to establish relationships with external stakeholders and our national team, fostering our unique ability to share knowledge and work beyond regional boundaries.
About working with us:
At WGA we believe a diverse workplace fosters unique and progressive ideas and drives our culture of learning and sharing knowledge. We encourage all to apply because whatever your background you can progress your career and enjoy the benefits that only a privately owned organisation can offer.
