**Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to Secondary students (Year 7 to 12).
Explain core syllabus concepts clearly and provide structured guidance on problem-solving or essay writing.
Monitor student progress, offer constructive feedback, and maintain a supportive learning environment.
Collaborate with the academy management to ensure class materials are utilised effectively.
**Requirements & Preferred Qualifications:
Strong academic background in the subject area applied for (English, Mathematics, or Science).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with teenagers.High achieving university students, pre-service teachers, or experienced tutors are highly welcome.
Deep understanding of the NSW Curriculum (HSC experience is a major plus).
Reliable, professional, and punctual.
Pay: $26.44 – $65.20 per hour
