What You'll Need
Relevant teaching qualification
Full or provisional QCT registration
Australian working rights or valid visa
Pre-service and graduate teachers are encouraged to apply (include practicum reports, mentor statements & unofficial transcript)
Essential
Value ongoing learning and working collaboratively to build:
Strong classroom practices and a deep understanding of the Australian Curriculum
The ability to differentiate and adjust teaching for diverse learners, including students with disability, trauma backgrounds, and complex needs
Skills in data-informed planning and assessment
Experience or commitment to trauma-aware and inclusive practices, including regulation and co-regulation
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external providers
Advantages
Prior experience in a complex school setting
Experience working with First Nations students and communities
Familiarity with Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) frameworks
