We are seeking reliable and caring In-Home Care Domestic Assistants to help our clients maintain clean, safe and comfortable homes while continuing to live independently.

As an In-Home Care Domestic Assistant, you will travel to clients’ homes and provide practical domestic support tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping others and can work independently while building respectful relationships with clients.
Availability between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, is highly desirable. Weekend shifts are generally not available.
- Provide domestic assistance in clients’ homes, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
- Assist with laundry, changing bed linen and other household tasks
- Complete occasional shopping and additional cleaning activities based on client needs
- Use cleaning equipment safely and maintain high standards of hygiene
- Complete required documentation accurately
- Communicate respectfully with clients and the wider In-Home Care team
- Help create a safe, comfortable and welcoming home environment for every client
You will bring:
- A reliable, respectful and client-focused approach
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage your workload independently
- Flexibility to work across different client homes and changing environments
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of safe work practices and workplace health and safety
- Previous domestic cleaning or community services experience is beneficial but not essential
- Current Queensland Driver Licence
- A safe and reliable vehicle
- Current vehicle registration and comprehensive insurance
- Willing to obtain a National Police Check
- Willing to obtain a Pre-employment medical assessment
- Above-award wage rates
- Additional 0.5% superannuation above the Superannuation Guarantee
- Salary packaging: Up to $15,900 tax-free plus $2,650 for meals and entertainment
- Travel reimbursement: $1.0025 per kilometre for travel during your workday
