Join the Team at Beans & Bottles – Crest on Barkly Hotel (St Kilda)
We’re looking for an experienced, passionate, and customer-focused barista / café all-rounder to join the team at Beans & Bottles, located at the Crest on Barkly Hotel.
Beans & Bottles is a neighbourhood café and bottle shop known for great coffee, quality drinks, and a friendly atmosphere. We’re proud to serve a loyal local community of regulars, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys building genuine connections with customers while keeping service fast, warm, and consistent.
The Role
You’ll be working across both café and bottle shop service, including:
- Crafting high-quality coffee
- Serving beverages and light food items
- Providing friendly, attentive customer service to our regulars
- Supporting bottle shop sales and recommendations
- General cleaning and maintaining a clean, welcoming space
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in coffee / food & beverage service
- Excellent barista skills
- RSA certification (required)
- A professional, well-presented approach
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Great communication and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Someone who enjoys a busy neighborhood venue with regular customers
