We are looking for an experienced and reliable Kitchen Hand to join our busy dessert food caravan in Fawkner. We specialise in crepes, churros and loukoumades and operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking crepes, churros and loukoumades to high standards
- Managing Uber Eats and takeaway orders efficiently
- Assisting with food preparation and batter mixing
- Maintaining strict cleanliness and food safety standards
- Keeping the kitchen organised during busy service
Essential Requirements:
- 18+ years old
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience
- Able to work quickly and stay calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- Must be available evenings and weekends
