POSITION SUMMARY:
Aussie Life Care is seeking a passionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team in Community Participation. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently. If you are a compassionate, patient and reliable individual with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others, we want to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in this role, it is a requirement that you have
- Cert 3
- Male Support Worker Preferred
- Fluency in Punjabi and English is essential
- Dysphagia Trained
- The participant resides in Arcare Facility in Craigieburn
- Experience supporting participants who have experienced a stroke
- Skilled in manual handling, including use of hoists for transfers
- Familiarity with supporting a participant who uses an electric wheelchair for mobility
- Applicant must have own vehicle and drivers licence
