Key Responsibilities Track Marshalling & Safety Control
- Enforce track rules and safety protocols firmly but politely to guarantee a safe environment.
- Monitor race sessions from designated track posts, utilizing flags and lights to communicate with drivers.
- Respond rapidly to on-track incidents, spin-outs, or accidents, safely assisting drivers and clearing the track.
Customer Interaction & Experience
- Deliver safety briefings and ensure first-time drivers watch our mandatory instructional video.
- Fit safety gear, including helping customers select and correctly adjust helmets.
- Assist drivers entering and exiting karts, ensuring seatbelts and pedals are properly adjusted.
- Maintain an upbeat, professional attitude to elevate the excitement of the race day.
Operations & Basic Maintenance
- Prepare karts for sessions, handling fueling, tyre checks, and pre-race inspections.
- Push and maneuver go-karts manually in the pit area and on the track when required.
- Keep the pit lane, track, and customer facilities clean, organized, and presentable.
- Report mechanical issues or damaged equipment immediately to the track mechanics.
Pay: $55,404.74 – $82,384.01 per year
