We're Looking For
An experienced Project Manager with a strong background delivering complex industrial and logistics projects, including speculative developments, tenant fit outs and specialised industrial facilities.
What You’ll Do
As Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering projects across Stockland’s Logistics portfolio, partnering with Development Managers to lead projects from planning through to completion.
Working across a diverse range of industrial developments, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This includes supporting speculative builds, tenant fit outs and specialist fit out projects, including cold storage facilities.
You will collaborate with consultants, contractors, approval authorities and Joint Venture partners to drive project outcomes, manage programme and cost performance, and identify opportunities to create efficiencies and add value across the portfolio.
This role is ideal for a construction professional who enjoys leading complex projects, building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to the delivery of high quality industrial assets.

Experience & Skills That Count
- Extensive experience delivering industrial, logistics or large scale commercial construction projects
- Experience across speculative developments and tenant fitout projects, with exposure to cold storage facilities highly regarded
- Proven ability to lead consultants, contractors and project teams to achieve programme milestones
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project costs, contracts and risk
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, project management or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
