Fastrack Conveyancing is a fully licensed conveyancing firm based in our Mount Waverley Office, with extensive experience across all types of conveyancing — from established residential transactions to off-the-plan developments and vacant land matters.
The role currently on offer is ideally suited to someone who enjoys administration, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and is committed to assisting clients with their enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

Reporting to a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support
- Answering the reception line
- Placing callbacks for new enquiries
- Proving quotes, and onboarding new clients
- Providing administrative support, including updating practice management systems, preparing draft documents, ordering property searches, updating online Duties Forms and electronic settlement workspaces on PEXA
- Developing knowledge of conveyancing and grow within the role to offer further support to the team and advance your own career

The successful candidate will have:
- Customer-facing experience and highly developed communication skills
- Experience in a legal environment, and practice management software an advantage but not necessary
- Excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail
- Knowledge and competency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to take instruction, but also work unsupervised
- A proactive approach to all tasks undertaken with an enthusiasm to learn
