We are a well-established and thriving family practice located in the heart of Mandurah, and we are actively seeking a talented Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team on a part-time/casual basis.

Silver Sands General Practice is one of the longest standing medical centres in Mandurah. Dr Jennifer Ellis is the practice principal and works full time. We also have two full-time doctors working with us. Our practice is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals and families in the Mandurah community. With a focus on fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere, we take pride in building long- lasting relationships with our patients. Our team is supportive, collaborative, and dedicated to creating a positive work environment.
Tasks and Requirements:
· Prior experience in a similar Medical Receptionist/admin position (highly desirable)
· Ability to learn quickly, work under pressure and ability to multitask is required
· Need to be able to action all correspondences (phone, mail, fax and email) efficiently
· Thorough understanding of privacy and confidentiality of patient information
· Experience with Best Practice is desirable but not essential
· Experience with Microsoft office is essential
· Ability to be flexible with hours during office hours to cover leave when required
· Need to be willing to cover all aspects of front reception and any required housekeeping
· Friendly and helpful with a professional presentation
