Product Support Analyst
Location: Leederville, Perth, Western Australia

Role highlights:
Provide technical support for InteliCare's AI-powered aged care platform.
Assist clients with product implementation, training, and troubleshooting.
Work with cloud-based technologies supporting aged care providers and government clients.
Help improve documentation, testing, and support processes.
Key requirements include:
3-5 years' experience with IT systems and deployments.
Experience supporting web and mobile applications.
Strong customer communication skills.
Basic networking and computer skills.
Australian work rights.
Certificate or Diploma qualification.
Experience in aged care, disability, healthcare, or service management is considered an advantage.
Pay: From $6,250.00 per month
