We’re offering 3 full-time Mechanical Trade Apprenticeships for motivated individuals ready to start a rewarding trade career in a dynamic industrial environment across our Marulan, Berrima and Maldon sites.
As a Mechanical Apprentice, you'll work with experienced tradespeople maintaining and repairing heavy industrial equipment such as pumps, conveyors, and mechanical systems at our cement plants. You’ll also be enrolled in a TAFE Mechanical Engineering course, combining classroom learning with practical, on-the-job experience.
What You'll Learn:
Maintenance and installation of mechanical systems
Fault-finding and troubleshooting
Hands-on work with industrial machinery
Safety procedures and technical reporting
Passion for hands-on work and problem-solving
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures
Completion of Year 10 or higher (Maths/Science preferred)
- Must have unrestricted driver's license (P's minimum) by January 2027
