We’re Hiring – Chef de Partie & Commis Chefs
We are looking for 2 experienced Chef de Parties and 2 Commis Chefs to join our kitchen teams across two Italian restaurants in Melbourne.
Locations: St Kilda road (Vivi Melbourne) and Sturt street ( Vivi Southbank)
We’re looking for motivated, reliable chefs with previous kitchen experience, a passion for Italian food, and the ability to work well in a busy team environment.
Positions available: 2 × Chef de Partie 2 × Commis Chef
✅ Italian restaurant experience is a plus
✅ Immediate/soon availability preferred
✅ Full-time and casual opportunities available
