About the Role:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll work alongside experienced Business Development Managers and the wider Sales and Procurement teams, helping source equipment and services, prepare tenders and quotes, manage supplier relationships and deliver complete customer solutions.
It's a hands-on, fast-paced role that offers plenty of variety, exposure to major projects and genuine opportunities for future career growth in sales.
Based at our National Office in Redbank with two days per week work from home, the role will be offered as a fixed term contract until December 2027, with permanent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales team with cross-hire product availability, supplier options and pricing information
- Assist with tenders and bids by sourcing quotes, pricing and solutions
- Maintain accurate records of supplier activity, information, pricing updates and quotations
- Research and identify new suppliers and service providers to meet customer needs
- Support the onboarding of new suppliers, including documentation and compliance requirements
- Work closely with Sales, Hire Operations, Marketing and Administration teams to deliver the best customer outcomes
- Act as the go-to person for cross-hire enquiries, coordinating equipment and services such as, cleaning, fire compliance testing and other specialist contractor services and products
About You:
We're looking for someone who is organised, motivated and enjoys working with both internal and external stakeholders. You will have:
- Previous experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Procurement or Purchasing Coordination
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence engaging with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and commercial thinking capabilities
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM highly regarded
- Exposure to the construction, building, hire, facilities management or industrial sectors highly regarded
