Experienced Horticulturist – Full Time
Go Green Nurseries is a family-owned boutique nursery based in Camden, renowned for supplying premium-quality plants and delivering exceptional customer service.
As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and hands-on Horticulturist to join our dedicated team.

Candidates with previous topiary experience, exceptional pruning skills, and a keen eye for detail will be highly regarded.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Weeding and general plant care and maintenance
- Staking, pruning and shaping plants
- Topiary maintenance and formative pruning
- Moving, organising and maintaining nursery stock
- Picking and preparing customer orders to a high standard
- Potting and repotting a wide range of plants
- Watering and fertilising stock
- Assisting with pest and disease monitoring and treatment
- Maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented nursery
- General nursery duties as required
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a wholesale or retail nursery, or a horticultural environment
- Strong plant knowledge and a genuine passion for horticulture
- Experience in topiary and ornamental pruning (highly regarded)
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual and able to work both independently and as part of a team
