We’re looking for an Account Manager who loves getting under the skin of one high‑profile, culturally iconic brand and delivering consistently brilliant work at pace. You’ll be a hands-on doer with strong media/communications planning foundations, partnering closely with the Client Service Director and senior leadership in a flat, empowered structure.
In this role, you’ll own day‑to‑day client delivery and implementation planning, translating briefs into clear channel and communications plans supported by audience and environment analysis, all designed to deliver against objectives and KPIs.
You’ll also lead and develop 1–2 direct reports, and collaborate with a wider team of digital/activation specialists to bring best‑in‑class work to life.
Responsibilities
Client leadership & relationships

Build trusted client partnerships that drive retention and growth, with clear, proactive communication and regular status updates.

Present confidently both internally and externally, bringing clarity to plans, results and next steps.

Ensure the team is aligned to client KPIs/targets and consistently delivering against them.

Support the Client Lead by translating client and agency priorities into actionable direction for the team.

Keep clients informed on relevant media and advertising industry developments that may impact their business.
Planning, activation & campaign delivery

Lead best‑in‑class planning and execution of campaigns and media strategies, delivering measurable business outcomes.

Translate briefs into channel and communications plans grounded in audience analysis and insight.

Manage end‑to‑end delivery across multiple craft disciplines and partners, keeping timelines, outputs and quality on track.

Provide quality control across planning documents, reports and client-ready deliverables (you’ll lift the standard and sweat the details).

Champion operational excellence across campaign and project delivery — always looking for smarter, simpler ways to work.
Commercial & operational rigour

Project manage client plans to ensure accuracy, budget adherence and smooth delivery.

Oversee key finance processes (invoicing, payments, reconciliation) in line with contractual terms and agreed ways of working.

Apply commercial and trading awareness to planning decisions to deliver on both client and agency objectives.

Partner with account leadership on forecasting and delivery tracking with strong attention to detail.

Promote the agency and Groupe specialist services and initiatives where they add value to the client.
People & culture

Manage, coach and develop Account Executives and Account Coordinators, building capability and confidence.
