Location: Adelaide, SA and Melbourne, VIC
What you'll do:
- Provide trauma-informed support across AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs), housing, mental health, and family services
- Deliver one-on-one case management, counselling, and crisis intervention
- Support individuals and families through culturally safe, holistic care
- Collaborate with First Nations community organisations, government agencies, and key stakeholders
- Develop action-focused plans that foster long-term well-being and social stability

What we're looking for:
- Identifies as a First Nations person (Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander)
- Experience in social work or counselling across AOD, housing, mental health, or family support
- Strong case management, counselling, and advocacy skills
- A degree in Social Work, Counselling, or a related field
- Eligibility for AASW membership (for social workers) or relevant accreditation for counsellors
- A valid driver's licence
