Your Role
As a Room Attendant, you'll play an important part in ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. Your dedication and eye for detail will help maintain the high standards our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms to the highest standard
- Maintain public areas and hotel facilities in excellent condition
- Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with guests
- Complete daily tasks efficiently within allocated timeframes
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Restock room amenities and cleaning supplies
- Follow all workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional service
What We're Looking For
- Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience (preferred)
- Basic to conversational English for guest communication
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
- Morning shift availability is essential
- Knowledge of hotel operations is an advantage

Physical Requirements
