Sales Representative – Part Time
Based in Coffs Harbour, NSW
We are seeking a driven, energetic, and relationship-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team in a part-time, on-road role.
You will be out meeting clients, attending site visits, measuring jobs, building relationships, and helping deliver quality outcomes from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting site visits and taking accurate measurements
- Sales activities including quoting, quotes follow-up, Closing Sales (call clients, etc.)
- Marketing of products & promoting our company profile in the marketplace
- Meeting Sales performance criteria and providing weekly sales reports to management.
- Traveling on the road meeting with clients face to face and chasing possible leads
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working in line with company procedures, systems, and KPIs
- Collaborating closely with operations and installation teams
- General shed duties and basic tool work (as required, as needed)
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
- A strong communicator with excellent people skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and reliable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment
- Able to handle pressure and setbacks in a professional manner
- Confident working independently and taking ownership
- Experienced in building, construction, fencing, or sales (preferred)
- Skilled in relationship-based sales (not transactional sales)
- Willing to learn product knowledge and internal systems
Pay: $4,200.00 – $5,000.00 per month
