Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a vibrant Operations Support Officer to join our team of professionals. You will be a problem solver, someone who is proactive, energetic and organised.
As a Operations Support Officer at SAL Consulting you will play an important role in supporting our Practitioners and Leadership Team with administrative tasks that include:
- General office administration tasks and reception duties;
- Meetings coordination including preparing agendas and documents and minute taking;
- Service delivery supports including taking and managing enquiries and initial referral contact, file set up, drafting service agreements / contracts, data base / online systems updates;
- Internal audit and reporting including preparing reports for the Operations managers regarding matters such as file audits, staff performance related data, priority deadlines tracking, service agreement / contract renewal tracking, etc.
- Finance related supports to Operations managers including liaising with stakeholders regarding debtors issues;
- Property, asset & fleet management;
- Managing remote or interstate travel arrangements.
The position will be a good fit for someone who has excellent Excel and IT skills and attention to detail, great interpersonal & communication skills, friendly nature, and a sense of humour.
We are a small but growing company, and so the right candidate will be flexible and adaptable, open to a change and able to respond to a growing company’s needs and assist with processes improvement.
The position is full time, based in our office in Norwest, with an option to negotiate some flexible working from home time.

Essential Requirements
- Proficiency in general administrative tasks;
- IT skills, including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Capability to prioritise, organise and manage own time and workload in a high volume environment;
- Initiative, flexibility and ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team;
- Attention to detail.
Highly Regarded
- Prior experience with NDIS admin functions will be viewed favourably but is not an essential requirement.
Mandatory Requirements
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or the ability to obtain these prior to commencement)
