What you will do
As learning and capability consultant – instructional design, you will create learning experiences that build workforce capability across the department.
You will lead projects that turn complex content into practical and learner-focused products.
You will:
-
develop engaging digital learning products aligned with the MARAM Framework
-
apply contemporary adult learning methods to create learner-centred solutions
-
manage end-to-end learning projects from planning through to evaluation
-
work with subject matter experts to design practical learning resources
-
coach and support a developing team member while reviewing the quality of their work.
About you
You must hold qualifications in instructional design, education, adult learning or training. Qualifications in learning management systems, eLearning software, and Adobe and Microsoft 365 tools are desirable. Experience supervising or mentoring staff is also desirable.
You should also have:
-
experience creating digital adult learning products in complex environments
-
strong instructional design skills using relevant authoring tools
-
the ability to manage projects and evaluate learning outcomes
-
confidence building collaborative working relationships and supporting others to succeed.
