We are a well-established metal fabrication business based in Marrickville, NSW, specialising in the design, engineering and fabrication of high-quality metalwork and bespoke projects.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager with Facade Engineering experience to join our team and take responsibility for managing projects.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands both engineering and facades and can confidently manage multiple projects, coordinate trades and suppliers, communicate with clients and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing projects from concept through to completion
- CAD drawings and specifications
- Coordinating engineering, drafting, procurement, fabrication and installation
- Liaising with clients, engineers, architects, suppliers and subcontractors
- Coordinating workshop and site activities
- Ensuring fabrication and installation meet project specifications and quality standards
- Maintaining project documentation and records
- Supporting the workshop and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, technically minded and commercially aware with proven experience managing engineering or fabrication projects.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in Project Management
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes, materials and workshop practices
- Ability to CAD draw
- Strong project planning and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High attention to detail
Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
