About the Role
As Service Coordinator, you'll be the central point of contact, keeping our field team and our clients connected, coordinating the delivery of planned preventative and reactive maintenance across health sector sites throughout the Nepean and Lower Blue Mountains region.

Scheduling the team of electrical service technicians across multiple sites

Coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive/emergency works

Liaising directly with health sector clients, keeping them informed on job status and outcomes

Managing job workflows, work orders and compliance documentation

Monitoring job progress and following up to ensure work is completed on time and to standard

Supporting technicians with resourcing and access issues as they arise

Working closely with the Account Manager and technical team to keep the contract running smoothly

Standard business hours, with flexibility for occasional after-hours coordination during urgent works
What We're Looking For

Experience coordinating trades or field service teams, ideally in electrical, facilities or maintenance services

Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities under pressure

Confident, clear communicator — comfortable liaising directly with clients and technicians alike

A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership when things don't go to plan

Experience with job management/scheduling software (highly regarded)

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

Understanding of electrical maintenance or trade services is highly regarded, but not essential
