What is the Opportunity?
One of our valued Service Coordinators is about to go on parental leave, so we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, professional and self-motivated Service Coordinator to fill in while she is away.
We are currently predicting that this role will be twelve (12) months, full time, but that may change depending on her needs and with a commencement date towards the end of September 2026.
Reporting to our Service Support Centre Manager - ANZ, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating activities for our Field Service team, which serves clients across Australia.
The objective of the role is to:
You’ll be supporting our Field Service Technicians and customers by:
- Scheduling and coordinating service jobs
- Answering customer enquiries and helping resolve issues
- Processing service reports, invoices, and service agreements
- Assisting with quotations and renewals
- Supporting spare parts orders and general service admin
- Working closely with the Service Support team to keep everything on track
You won’t be doing this alone, you’ll be part of a supportive, experienced team.
You might be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in an admin, service coordination, or customer support role
- Confidence speaking with customers and internal teams
- Good organisation skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using systems and MS Office (we’ll train you on our ERP)
- A positive, team focused approach
- A technical or healthcare background is helpful but not essential.
