This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, growth-focused business in a senior leadership role driving the strategy and performance of the Personal Care & Beauty portfolio.
We are looking for a highly commercial and strategically minded category leader who can shape the long-term direction of the portfolio, identify growth opportunities and deliver strong sales, margin and market performance across the category. This role will suit someone who combines strong product and brand instinct with commercial rigour, supplier influence and a deep understanding of the beauty and personal care landscape.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the overall category strategy across Personal Care & Beauty
- Identify market opportunities, customer trends and white space for growth
- Drive sales, margin and profitability across the portfolio
- Manage supplier and brand relationships, negotiating strong commercial outcomes
- Oversee product direction, portfolio performance and category planning
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, retail, e-commerce and operations
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, building capability and commercial focus
- Drive innovation, process improvement and strategic growth initiatives
