We're looking for an experienced steel stair installer who knows the trade, takes pride in their work, and is ready to join a business that will back them long term.

The Role:
This is a hands on, site-based position across Melbourne and surrounds. You'll be installing architectural steel staircases, handrails and balustrades on residential and commercial projects - working to tight tolerances and high finish standards.
- Installation of steel stairs, handrails, balustrades
- Structural steel component installation
- Reading and interpreting engineering and architectural drawings
- Working to client specifications, deadlines and quality standards
- Problem solving and adjusting installations onsite where required
- Adhering to site safety requirements at all times
What We're Looking For:
Experience is everything in this role. We're not looking for someone to train from scratch, we want someone who has done this before and does it well.
- Proven experience installing steel stairs, handrails, balustrades - essential
- Trade-qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 4–6 years industry experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Valid driver's licence and White Card (Construction Induction)
- Welding experience, stainless steel or fabrication background - essential
