Eagle Farm, is seeking
Process Workers to join our Extrusion Production Team. Comprehensive training and development will be provided, and no prior experience is required.
This is a shift-based role, and applicants must be available to work across day, afternoon, and night shifts.

The Role
As a Process Worker, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks including manual packing in the Packing Department. Responsibilities also include manual handling, sorting, stacking, and collecting materials.
This is an entry-level role with full training provided.
The Person
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively to ensure work is completed safely and accurately
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Physically fit with strong manual handling skills
- Willingness and ability to work rotating shift work
- Own reliable transport is essential due to location and shift hours
