The Role
Join our People Operations team and help deliver a trusted, efficient and seamless people experience for our teams across LION.
Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 P&C service delivery across a broad range of employee lifecycle activities
Act as the first point of contact for people related enquiries, providing timely support and resolution
Triage people and payroll enquiries, resolve where possible and connect more complex matters with the right specialist teams
Support key activities including contracts, onboarding checks, live agent enquiries, knowledge approvals and people data processes
Partner with Payroll, People Experience and broader P&C teams to provide accurate, practical and timely support

Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and internal procedures
Strengthen self-service by maintaining clear, accessible knowledge and helping our people find the information they need
Improve processes by identifying simpler ways of working, reducing duplication and supporting new services as they transition into the team

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and People & Culture initiatives
This is a great opportunity to broaden your P&C experience, build your knowledge across People Operations and contribute to how we continue improving the experience we provide our people. We have one permanent, full time opportunity available as well as one full time, fixed term 6-month opportunity.
About You
You’re organised and collaborative, with a genuine interest in building your career in P&C. You may already have some P&C experience, or be a recent HR grad with some administration experience -

Strong customer service skills and a thoughtful, practical approach to resolving enquiries
Manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Work confidently with systems, workflows and data
Build positive relationships and communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders
Bring curiosity, adaptability and an interest in learning, improving processes and building your P&C capability
