Your Responsibilities Business Development
- Build relationships with real estate agencies
- Contact strata management companies
- Contact Airbnb and holiday accommodation providers
- Develop commercial cleaning opportunities
- Build referral partnerships
- Arrange Zoom and face-to-face meetings
- Follow up leads and enquiries
- Research new partnership opportunities
Recruitment
- Screen resumes
- Conduct initial phone interviews
- Recommend suitable candidates
- Organise onboarding documentation
- Assist with contractor recruitment across Sydney
- Help recruit future contractors in Melbourne and the Gold Coast
Administration
- Manage emails
- Schedule interviews
- Organise meetings
- Maintain contractor records
- Assist with booking management
- Customer service support
- CRM updates
- Data entry
Marketing
- Manage Facebook
- Manage Instagram
- Create social media posts
- Assist with Google Business Profile
- Help improve website content
- Build community engagement
- Promote company services
Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
