As our 1:1 Marketing Consultant – Leisure, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how RACV connects with members through highly personalised, data-driven communications. This role is suited to a true 1:1 marketing specialist, with deep expertise in email strategy, build and optimisation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
You’ll own the end-to-end design, build and deployment of email-led 1:1 campaigns, including our weekly Leisure newsletters and targeted communications. Leveraging segmentation, dynamic content and automation capabilities within SFMC, you’ll deliver precision-targeted messaging that drives engagement, consideration of our expansive Leisure portfolio, and conversion.
With a strong test-and-learn mindset, you’ll continually optimise audience segmentation, personalisation logic and email performance, ensuring the right message reaches the right member at the right moment.

Own end-to-end email delivery, from briefing and segmentation through to build, QA, deployment and performance analysis
As a seasoned 1:1 marketer and SFMC email specialist, you’ll thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and be passionate about delivering best-in-class communication experiences.
Proven, hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a strong focus on email, SMS and push notification build, and campaign deployment
Demonstrated experience as an email marketing specialist, including HTML email development, personalisation, dynamic content and testing
