About the Role
You will be responsible for providing general administrative and operational support to maintenance activities, procurement processes and work order management. The role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to critical Defence operations. Key responsibilities include -

Raise purchase requisitions and purchase order through procurement systems

Process invoices and financial documentation
-
Manage work orders and perform data entry within SAP and other Commonwealth systems

Track equipment movements and maintenance activities
-
Assist with planning and scheduling maintenance work
-
Maintain accurate records and documentation
-
Compile inventory records and requisition materials and supplies
-
Liaise with procurement teams, contractors and internal stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience
-
Previous administration experience in an operation/maintenance/logistics/workshop environment
-
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
-
Strong communication and organisation skills
-
Experience using Microsoft Office (SAP would be a plus)

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
-
Strong data entry and record management skills
Highly desirable if you have experience processing purchase orders, invoices and procurement requests and have prepared work orders and maintenance related documentation.
