Part-Time Order Coordination & Operations Support (Office-Based)
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Order Coordination & Operations Support person to join our team in an office-based, part-time role.
This role suits someone who enjoys international trade coordination, structured processes, and handling both external wholesale orders and internal brand orders/admin with strong follow-through.
About the role
This is an operations and order coordination role
Key responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating international trade orders from order confirmation through to shipment
2. Tracking timelines across multiple stages (testing, approvals, packaging, shipping, bookings)
3. Following up with overseas suppliers and third-party partners
4. Monitoring progress and flagging risks or delays early
5. Managing documentation related to international trade and shipments
6. Handling internal brand orders and admin tasks
7. Shopify backend updates and basic reporting
8. Professional email communication with external partners
9. Ensuring processes are followed and deadlines are met
What we’re looking for
1. Strong written English (essential)
2. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
3. Comfortable coordinating multiple steps and timelines
4. Able to follow structured checklists and processes
5. Proactive in identifying what needs to happen next
6. Experience in order coordination, international trade, operations, wholesale, or admin preferred
Mandarin language skills are a bonus but not required.
Role details
1. Part-time: approx. 25–30 hours per week
2. Office-based
3. Hours spread across weekdays (continuity is important)
4. Start ASAP, training provided
